內會及小組 House & Subcommittee

內務委員會為立法會會議作準備，並商議與立法會事務有關的事宜。內務委員會的一項重要職能，是考慮立法會交付其處理的法案，以及在立法會會議席上提交省覽或提交立法會批准的附屬法例。內務委員會可成立法案委員會研究該等法案，或委任小組委員會對一些附屬法例進行更詳細的研究，隨後並會監察有關法案委員會及小組委員會的工作進度。內務委員會可將關乎立法會事務的政策事宜交付有關的事務委員會研究。此外，內務委員會亦可按其認為適當的方式，研究任何與立法會事務有關的其他事項。

 

The House Committee makes preparations for meetings of the Council and considers matters relating to the business of the Council. One important function of the House Committee is to consider bills referred to it by the Council and subsidiary legislation tabled at Council meetings or presented to the Council for approval. The House Committee may form Bills Committees to scrutinize bills, or appoint subcommittees to study some of the subsidiary legislation in greater detail.
